As a DSP, you will be responsible for supporting individuals in their daily activities and ensuring their overall well-being. Your role will involve assisting clients with personal care, mobility, and daily living tasks while promoting their independence and dignity.

Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; certification in caregiving or related field preferred.
• Be legally authorized to work in the state of Ohio, US.
• Have successfully passed the BCI check.
• Previous experience in a caregiving role is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate and patient demeanor.
• Ability to handle physical demands, including lifting and assisting clients.
• CPR and First Aid certification is mandated.
